Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 55 m² and is build in 1967. In 1999 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. Freezer capacity of 15 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 2 electric hotplates, baking oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. 2 DVD players. Radio. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
