Area: Karrebæksminde and Enø are rightly known for being one of the most exquisite resorts in Zealand because it has so much more to offer. It is an active place for both children and adults, where you are provided with an indescribably uplifting atmosphere of the environment which is surrounded by the best beaches, a protected exaggeration and nature reserve, a beautiful fjord which is the water link to Næstved, forest and steep slopes as well as an active and idyllic harbour with tilting bridge. Within 15 km there is also a wide range of attractions – including the Gavnø- and Holsteinsborg Castle, Herlufholm Boarding School, Næstved's historic town centre, Susåen, 2 golf courses and Bonbon land. Location: The property is located on one of Enø's old and highly sought after beach grounds – an idyllic and enriching place where there is a free choice between relaxation, activities or experiences for everyone, regardless of your age group. The property is located in 2 row towards the sea (southwest) and thus sheltered from the wind. There's a limited sea view from the house. To the north/east and the bay, you have a free and nice view of the natural meadow (mosquitoes are a rare plague) and thus no habitation. On the fitness side there are particularly good conditions for hiking and jogging, cycling and all types of water and boating on either the rolling sea or the quiet fjord. The area also features a brand new multi-sport facility, sports hall, church, 2 supermarkets. There is half-hour operation on the bus service to Næstved which takes 10 minutes and if you have a little more time, then the tour boat "Freedom" is highly recommended or a nice bike ride of 10 km along the bay. Property: Built in 1936, but 90% rebuilt in 2007. The last 10% is rebuilt at the end of 2017 / start 2018. Public water and water diversion have been inlaid. Heating is done via heat pump and electric/water based underfloor heating. Fiber internet (50/50) - wi-fi. Television with 17 programs, appelm TV and netflix is in hospital.
