Lovely holiday home just 70m from the beach in Kerteminde and within walking distance of the cosy town center. The house contains a living room with wooden floors and access to 2 south facing terrace, where you can sit in sun and shelter. A separate kitchen with a dishwasher. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 double bed (good pull-out bed) and a sofa bed and a nice bathroom. Just around the corner is the beach “Sydstranden”, one of Kerteminde's popular beaches with fine sand and a jetty. 200m from the house you can enjoy a walk in the beautiful forest “Lundsgårdskoven” and if you walk 200m the opposite direction, you will reach the old fishing port, the renaissance harbour and the cozy town center.

When you're on vacation in Kerteminde, you have everything within a short distance. You can leave your car behind when heading to the beach, shopping, dining out, or visiting one of the many attractions in Kerteminde. Visit the Johannes Larsen Museum or the research center Fjord&Bælt. Play a round of mini-golf with a view and explore the quaint, colorful streets with fisherman's houses. At the Renaissance Harbor, you can enjoy the harbor atmosphere with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or an ice cream. Kerteminde offers many dining options, both casual places where you can walk in and more upscale establishments where you need to make a reservation.
