The holiday home

Lovely, fully renovated summer house located in Kerteminde Sommerby, just 300 meters from the North Beach, which is one of the best beaches on Funen. The house was last renovated in 2023 and features a living room with a pellet stove and a new, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a beautiful, new bathroom with a shower cabin. From one of the bedrooms, there is access to a large loft with 2 mattresses and plenty of space for play. The house has a ground floor area of 56 m2 and the loft is 20 m2. Lovely garden with a large terrace where outdoor life can be thoroughly enjoyed. The garden is completely fenced in, so the dog can run freely. The summer house is only 1 km from Kerteminde's charming town center. It is possible to buy wood pellets for the pellet stove in the holiday home.

The area

Kerteminde Sommerby is the holiday home area of Kerteminde. The holiday homes are located on a slope with a beautiful view of the Kerteminde Bay and the lovely, sandy beach Nordstranden. Kerteminde´s old town center is only a few kilometers from the holiday home. You can walk along the boardwalk into the city, enjoy the atmosphere at the new Renaissance harbor, shop in cozy shops and dine on one of the many restaurants and cafes. Kerteminde has an authentic, old fishing harbor. Here you can eat delicious fish dishes in the open at Boris Fiskehus, followed by a dip at the lovely beach Sydstranden.
Take the hole family to the Fjord&Bælt, a research center with guinea pigs, seals and underwater tunnel. Visit Johannes Larsens Museum with the painter`s old house and a modern art building. Just outside Kerteminde is the Viking Museum Ladby, where you can participate in exciting Viking activities during the summer.
