Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 201 m² and is build in 1993. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2300 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Situated 1000 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 100 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Football goal. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 8,5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.The youngest guests can enjoy the children’s pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
