Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 4 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 184 m² and is build in 1992. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. In addition, 2 child seats for slightly older children aged 2-5 years.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2448 m² natural site. Situated 950 m from the sea. Situated 300 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 47 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 47 m² enclosed terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,7 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
