The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Furthermore 1 wood pellet oven. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3500 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Situated 800 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 4 m wide, 6,5 m long and it is up to 1,5 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
