On the ground floor, there's a lovely, large entrance hall with a bathroom and a super charming and beautiful open kitchen connected to the large, bright living and dining room. The house is tastefully furnished and exudes luxury and coziness. You access Josefines Have from Søndergade, and all roads end in dead ends, so you live undisturbed despite being centrally located. Here at number 17, there's a terrace all around the house, and if the beach calls, it's only 750 meters away. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and plenty of opportunities for experiences.
