The ground floor features a pool area with a spa, sauna, and bathroom, a kitchen, a toilet, and a large common room for dining and relaxation, as well as sleeping areas. On the first floor, there are bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sunroom. The house is not modern and minimalist but a very cozy house where the large pool is truly the heart of the home! Bed Distribution: 2 bunk beds and 4 double beds. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Outdoor Area: Upon arrival, there is space for at least 4 cars in front of the house, and a large terrace where you can spend many cozy hours. The house has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun, and there is also a sloping garden that is not fenced.
