There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1225 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 105 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Plug for charging electric car is available. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home. Screens are installed on the outside of the house´s windows, in order to shield you from sun and heat on very sunny days.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.
