Description

Very nice and cozy thatched cottage with lots of space, very well suited for 2 families, swimming pool, water slide, 5-person whirlpool, counter-current system and every conceivable comfort. Free internet access. This holiday home is ideally situated on a nature/dune plot in a quiet area close to the North Sea. Beautifully and personally furnished. Granite floors with underfloor heating. Bedrooms are carpeted. 3 bathrooms in the house with shower and toilet one of them is in the pool area. Living room: fireplace, satellite TV, DVD. 70 square meter sunny courtyard where you can watch the sun rise to set. 6 dormitories: (DB) + (DB), + (DB) + (DB) + (4K) + (4K). A heat pump is installed in the house and this means that you as a guest save up to the heating costs. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Max. 1 pet in the house. Water and energy costs in summer is around DKK 1500 to DKK 2000. In winter around DKK 2100 to DKK 3000 depending on the weather.
