This lovely, bright, and well-appointed holiday home is situated high on a charming natural plot in the hills near Handrup Strand, with a view of Ebeltoft Bay. The house is surrounded by a large, partially covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. There is a carport, and the plot also features swings, a sandpit, and a football goal for the little ones. The homeowners' association has its own beach plot with a pétanque court and a bathing bridge.

From the spacious entrance, you enter the large, bright living room with panoramic windows. It has a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable sofa set, a wood stove, a television with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, Chromecast, and a radio. In an open connection with the living room, you will find a large, well-equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hobs and an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The house has 3 bedrooms – 2 good rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds, providing a total of 6 sleeping spaces. A large, beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, a shower niche, a spa, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. From the bathroom, there is access to the sauna. Internet access is available.

Lyngsbæk Strand, one of the area's finest and most child-friendly beaches with a solid sandy bottom, is only 600 meters away, warm and well-protected at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. The NATO Pier, which is open for fishing, is also located here. With easy access to both Ebeltoft and the beautiful nature of the Mols Bjerge National Park, you are within reach of great shopping opportunities and a wealth of experiences and activities.
