For the little vacationers, there is a high chair and a cot. Both from the house and the grounds, there is the most beautiful view over the lake and the landscape.

The area around Lyngsbæk beach is a cozy and quiet area, close to a good and child-friendly beach. In the area, you will find several dining places and opportunities for grocery shopping. The area has hilly terrain and is suitable for walking and cycling. From the house, it is about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft town with its many tourist attractions. Here you will find, among other things, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. At the harbor, you will find several good dining places and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish every day. It is also here that you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art, and not least the Frigate Jutland. From the house, it is about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where it is possible to get up close to the wild animals. It is about a 30-minute drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
