The house is equipped with a heat pump. Although the house doesn't have a TV, there is a large screen and projector where you can stream your favourite films and series. Perfect for cinema days at home on a rainy day - a sure winner with the kids. The bathroom is well-appointed with a shower, ideal for the needs of the whole family. There is also a small chamber that can be used to store toys and equipment.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and a single bed, ideal for parents with a small child, while the other room has a comfortable double bed and sofa bed, perfect for parents or older children.
Outside, you'll find a lovely garden with a spacious terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy meals outdoors as the evening sun goes down. The garden also has a trampoline, which is fun for both children and adults and provides hours of entertainment. The house is just 300 metres from a lovely sandy beach, so you can easily take a dip or enjoy a relaxing day by the water with sandcastles and beach games.
