The cottage is located in Ny Møllegade, in extension of the pedestrian zone in Marstal. Close to shopping, the harbour, the ferry to Langeland, the beach and the famous beach houses on Eriks Hale. There are about 200 meters to public transport, which is free for everyone on Ærø.

The newly renovated apartment has a kitchen room with beautiful open kitchen and dining area, as well as cozy sofa corner with games and SmartTV with Chromecast (no antenna connection). From the living room you have access to two beautiful spacious bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a beautiful new bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Guests have access to a cozy courtyard. It is really a cozy cottage in the heart of Marstal where there is a nice urban environment with shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The cottage has its own entrance from Ny Møllegade with stairs up to the apartment on the 1st floor.
