The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 860 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. A single ladder ball game (ladder golf) is available. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a milk frother available.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.
