Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 150 m² and is build in 1992. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 71 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 70 m² terrace and a enclosed terrace belongs to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Sun heated outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.The youngest guests can enjoy the children’s pool.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.
