The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² natural site. Situated 350 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
