Charming and newly renovated holiday home with a beautiful wooden terrace. The house is located close to the city and a beautiful beach and promenade.

This charming house was beautifully renovated in 2022, with a brand-new wooden terrace and a wonderful annex. The holiday home can accommodate 6 people with 2 bedrooms in the house. One with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. In addition, you will find a double bed in a very spacious annex, which is connected to the house via a large wooden terrace.

The house contains a small but very functional kitchen with a fridge and freezer, oven, stove and dishwasher. The dining table is placed next to the kitchen and the living room is at the other end of the room with a sofa arrangement, an armchair with stool and a TV. On the floor a nice carpet is placed, and you will find good natural light from 2 large windows.

The entrance hall is spacious with plenty of room for clothes. Here you will also find a washing machine that can be used, and at the other end a small, extraordinary cozy nook with a window and a bench with cushions and pillows – the perfect place for children to relax or for you to enjoy a book.

The bathroom is nicely sized and beautifully presented - there is a shower and a closet arrangement that can be used.

On the wooden terrace you will find a nice new garden table with chairs for 6 people and other garden furniture that can be used freely. This is the place to enjoy warm summer days and evenings with a barbecue. A refreshing shower under an outdoor shower is possible in the summer heat on the terrace, or after a swim in the salty Kattegat, which is only 200 meters from the house.
