This charming summer house, accommodating up to 5 people, is situated in the lovely surroundings of Sæby Nordstrand, just 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from Sæby’s town center. Following the promenade that winds along the Kattegat, you will reach Sæby Marina. Here, you can soak in the lively atmosphere, purchase ice cream and fresh fish, and enjoy the maritime vibe filled with sailboats, cafés, and shops during the summer months.

Inside, the summer house features an open kitchen that leads directly to a cozy dining area and an inviting living space. This area provides plenty of room for quality time and cozy moments with your loved ones. From the living room, you have access to the first bedroom, which has a single bed (120x200 cm) and can be screened off with a curtain. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, ample closet space, and direct access to the garden. The final two sleeping spots are in a charming annex that invites long, cozy conversations.

Although the house's toilet is small, it is well-equipped, and the authentic summer house vibe is extended by the outdoor shower, providing a refreshing experience under the open sky.

Outside, you can enjoy life on a covered terrace, equipped with good outdoor furniture, perfect for family meals or leisurely summer evenings. Additionally, there is a 25 m2 open terrace with garden furniture and a grill, offering plenty of opportunities to find a lovely sunny spot to read a good book or listen to the soothing sound of the sea.

THE TOWN AND AREA:

Sæby, in eastern Vendsyssel, is a significant tourist town that attracts holidaymakers due to its child-friendly beach and historic market town atmosphere. In the summer, the town is visited by many leisure sailors who, at the entrance to the harbor, can experience the town’s modern landmark, Fruen fra Havet, a 6.25-meter-tall figurehead. The town is situated at the mouth of the Sæby River into the Kattegat.

The beautiful beech forest Sæbygaard and Sæby's cozy pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the summer house. The town exudes cultural history and charm that inspires exploration of the old streets. Additionally, art and crafts play a prominent role in the experience of the town.

12 km north of Sæby lies the commercial town of Frederikshavn. From here, there are ferry connections to Sweden and Norway and to the island of Læsø. The town has a long pedestrian street with a wide selection of specialty shops. Other attractions include the art museum, Krudttårnet, and Palmestranden. The beach, located 1.5 km north of the town, is planted with around 100 palm trees, adding an extra touch to the beach experience.
