This charming summer house is perfect for a family of four, seeking adventure at Sæby North Beach, just 150 meters from the enchanting promenade that leads you to the lively marina.

After a comprehensive renovation in 2017, the house boasts a modern and inviting design. At the heart of the home, you will find an open kitchen with a dining area, ideal for cozy moments with shared meals or playing cards and board games.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and seamlessly blends with the living room. In the cozy corner, you are embraced by a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, accompanied by a charming, but purely decorative, wood stove. Through the panoramic windows, changing light streams in, while the waves of the sea create a soothing backdrop and the sunrise paints the sky in warm hues.

The two bedrooms offer comfortable resting places with a three-quarter bed and a bunk bed, creating the perfect setting for family coziness and togetherness.
Next to the carport, you will find a spacious storage room with both a washing machine, dryer, and a large freezer, making it easy to store supplies for your adventures.

THE AREA:
Sæby, in eastern Vendsyssel, is an important tourist town that attracts vacationers due to its child-friendly bathing beach and old market town atmosphere. In the summer, the town is visited by many leisure sailors who, upon entering the harbor, can see the town's modern landmark, "Lady from the Sea," a 6.25 m high figurehead. The town lies at the mouth of the Sæby River into the Kattegat.
The beautiful beech forest Sæbygaard and Sæby's cozy pedestrian streets with restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the summer house. The town exudes cultural history and ambiance, inspiring exploration of the old streets. Likewise, art and crafts play a prominent role in the experience of the town.

12 km north of Sæby lies the commercial town of Frederikshavn. From here, there are ferry connections to Sweden and Norway and to the island of Læsø. The town has a long pedestrian street with a wide selection of specialty shops. There are also other activities such as the art museum, Krudttårnet, and Palmestranden. The beach, located 1.5 km north of the town, is planted with about 100 palm trees, providing an extra experience for beach visitors.
