Description

This beautiful summer house is situated in the second row from the coast. Its location provides stunning sea views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The house features a large open-plan kitchen and living room. It is suitable for 6 (+2) people, with accommodation divided into 3 good bedrooms, including one double bed, one 3/4 bed, and one bunk bed. Additionally, there is room for 2 more people to sleep in the loft, which is ideal for children or young people.

The kitchen is very well-equipped, containing everything you need to prepare delicious summer meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table by the large windowed patio, offering beautiful, private views of the Kattegat.

In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa with pillows, where everyone can relax on wonderful vacation days.

The vacation home offers 2 modern bathrooms, each with a shower, and in the larger bathroom, there’s a delightful sauna—perfect year-round, perhaps after a dip in the sea, which is only 90 meters from the house.

There is a large wooden terrace facing north and northeast, and a stone terrace facing southwest, so it’s always possible to find a nice spot to enjoy the outdoor life. There is a garden table with 8 chairs and 2 picnic table sets. Additionally, there are 2 sun loungers available for use.

EXTRAS:

Cleaning, bed linen, high chair, and crib can be rented. Please note! A high chair and crib are available in the house.

No pets are allowed.

Tenants must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.

Good parking facilities directly at the property - 3 parking spaces.

Consumption: Electricity and water are measured on arrival and departure. Electricity consumption includes the use of the heat pump.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Bus station in Sæby - 2,600 meters. A bus stop is located 800 meters from the house near Hotel Viking, with regular connections to Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Aalborg.

AREA:

The vacation home is located 2.5 km north of Sæby town center in a highly sought-after vacation area, 12 km south of Frederikshavn.

The house is situated in a desirable holiday home neighborhood with views of the sea and beach, and it’s also close to the forest. The beach just below is a lovely sandy beach, perfect for beach days, swimming, and fishing trips. From the house, you can walk or cycle to Sæby Harbor or Sæby town center via small roads and along the beach promenade.

Sæby has a charming town center with many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Algade is one of the town’s most charming streets, with small yellow and red houses, peonies, a church, and various artisans. This street connects the town center with the harbor. The harbor was expanded in 2022 with a large, beautiful harbor basin, featuring charming summer shops, restaurants, and several ice cream stands where you can take a break.
