Exciting holiday home of 144 sqm with space for 4 people and a new Tiny House in the garden with space for 2 people (+2 children in the loft).
The property has been modernized and appears bright and very spacious. The living room is furnished with a large dining table and a large corner sofa. There is also a very good wood stove, a lovely armchair, and a cozy loft. In part of the living room, the ceiling goes up to the ridge, providing good light.
The house's kitchen looks new and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a small dining area with a view of the terrace and the garden.
There are a total of 3 quality double beds: 2 in the house's 2 bedrooms, and 1 in the Tiny House, which also has space for 2 on the loft (+2 children).
The bathroom in the house is very nice with light tiles. Here you can enjoy both the start and end of the day and use the large, round shower when you bathe.
Furthermore, the house offers a very charming orangery, which invites good communal cozy moments with a nice view of the garden and forest. The orangery is pleasant with green plants and has a large new sofa where everyone can find space. Here you have the opportunity to extend the summer on days when the weather is less good. It is always bright and warm.
Outside there is a lovely west-facing and secluded wooden terrace sheltered by the forest. There is a built-in garden grill and an outdoor kitchen. On the terrace, you can enjoy outdoor life at the garden table or lying on the two luxurious sun loungers. There is also a huge garden parasol that can be turned over the dining table. All the furniture is of very good quality, and it is a fantastic place to enjoy the good summer days and evenings.
There is ample space in the driveway for several cars and the possibility to charge the electric car at the charger in the carport.

AREA:
The house is located in a charming residential area with both beach and forest nearby. Here there are good opportunities for cycling or walking via paths to Sæby town center, which has a lively city center with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Here you will also find Algade, the city's most exclusive street, with small yellow houses, peonies, a church, and many different artisans with working workshops that you and your family can experience or participate in. The church is a relic of a monastery from 1470 and has some fantastically beautiful frescoes, which were renovated a few years ago by conservators from the National Museum. At the end of this street is the harbor with local boats, an active community life, and in summer, a multitude of pleasure boats and motorhomes.
Sæby is centrally located in Vendsyssel. Aalborg, the North Sea, and Skagen are within easy reach.
