Welcome to this exclusive apartment in the heart of Sæby, where comfort and convenience go hand in hand.

Here, you will find a private garden and a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxation and cozy moments. The apartment is ideally located just a few hundred meters from the pedestrian street and the vibrant city life.

The apartment is located on the first floor and spans 110 square meters. It is tastefully decorated and appears modern, bright, and friendly. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, ceramic hob, and fridge/freezer. There is space for six people, and two pets are also welcome. Please note that pets must climb an iron staircase to enter the apartment, so it may be necessary to carry them.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the third room has two single beds. A cot and a highchair are also available if you are traveling with small children.

The kitchen is open to the living room, where a cozy sofa corner with a TV invites you to relax after a day at Sæby's wonderful sandy beach or a shopping trip in the city's many shops and specialty stores. The dining area in the living room seats six people, perfect for cozy family meals or fun evenings with card and board games. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with a spacious shower. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available if needed during your stay.

Outside, a lovely terrace with an adjoining garden awaits you, where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings in peace. Here you can barbecue and relax in the beautiful garden, inviting you to enjoy cozy moments with family and friends.

THE AREA:
Sæby is worth several visits. It is a very charming market town with good shopping opportunities and sights. The harbor has many pleasure boats in the summer, and here you can buy ice cream and fresh fish. The maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops is full of life.
Sæby is a market town that turns 500 years old in 2024. In the old town is the monastery church St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from the year 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Watermill, and several exciting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

The Coastal Museum has branches in both Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen, and talks about life by the coast then and now. In Sæby, Sæby Miniby and Sæbygaard also contribute to local history.

About 10 km north lies Frederikshavn, where Palmestranden should be seen in the summer months. The Bangsbo area is also an experience with a viewpoint, Botanical Garden, and Deer Park. If you continue further north, there is much to experience in Skagen, where Grenen and the Skagen Museums are a must. If there are teddy bear fans in the family, the cozy little Teddy Bear Museum will score many points. The Gray Lighthouse, the Buried Church, and Råbjerg Mile are also experiences that create holiday memories.

An hour's drive from Sæby lies Skagen, where you can experience the Skagen painters' environment up close and see where the two seas meet at Grenen. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, can be a great excursion for families with children. Further south is Aalborg (Denmark's third-largest city) if the urban life attractions draw you.
