This villa has a separate entrance to a 60 m² apartment that accommodates 4 people.

Here you will find two bedrooms, each with a ¾ bed. The kitchen is a small kitchenette but is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. From the small living room, there is access to the east-facing terrace, where you can grill and relax in the evening after a wonderful day at the beach and a swim.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, the marina, and the town life in Sæby center, where there is plenty of entertainment and events throughout the summer for both children and adults.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a shower and also features underfloor heating.

There is access to WIFI, and it is possible to watch German, Scandinavian, and TV2 channels.

GOOD TO KNOW:
There are no additional costs, as the rental price includes the consumption of heating, electricity, and water.
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.

The old market town of Sæby exudes atmosphere with a charming medieval town center and a cozy harbor. The nature around Sæby is ideal for an active holiday, and in the town, you will find cozy shopping, café life, and delightful dining experiences.
The town has a long history. When you stroll through the town, you will pass many beautiful half-timbered houses in the charming streets around Algade and the beautiful old monastery church of St. Mariæ with its white church tower.
The idyllic Sæby Watermill is beautifully located near the town center. Nearby, you will also find the Sæby Museum, where you can learn more about the region's history.
In Sæbygård Forest, the Sæby River winds through deep gorges. Here you will also find marked hiking and mountain biking trails.
