New holiday home with everything a modern family needs for a great Danish holiday in a lovely holiday home in the charming town of Sæby - the town by the sea.

The house is spacious, simple, and modern, with a beautiful kitchen, dining room and living room all in one. There are beautiful wooden floors and lovely furniture with a tasteful decor. There are plenty of opportunities to spend time together when preparing and enjoying meals. There are 3 bedrooms with good beds and plenty of closet space. 2 rooms are furnished with a double bed, and one room with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed if desired.

You will also find a gorgeous, enclosed terrace overlooking the sea. This terrace is furnished with garden furniture for 6, sun loungers and deckchairs and a good gas barbecue. This terrace is well located, and summer days are warm with temperatures reminiscent of tropical conditions as it is well sheltered.

It's clear that the owner has thought of the whole family. There's a weekend bed, a highchair and a large lawn with goals, a ball and a game of Mikado that can be used. If you bring a dog with you, there is a small, fenced dog run with grass in connection with the terrace.

The house and location are also ideal for families with older children who want to walk on their own, as the town, harbour and beach are within a few hundred metres. It is a good and beautiful setting for a family holiday.

Smoking is not allowed.

The tenant must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire rental period.

Good parking facilities directly at the holiday home - 3 parking spaces.

Consumption (electricity, water and district heating) is metered. Payment according to reading.

The house is located with sea views from one bedroom, living room and terrace, and only 100 metres to the coast and harbour - a peaceful and child-friendly beach and the beautiful seafront promenade are no more than 300 metres from the house.

Sæby's cosy harbour environment, which attracts many guests every summer evening, is right outside. Here you can find both ice cream and fresh fish. Around the corner is the city's exclusive and cosy street "Algade", which leads you up to the city centre, where you can shop in the many specialty shops. On the square you will find musical entertainment many days throughout the summer. Sæby Forest is close to the town centre, and here you'll find the Sæby stream, which runs beautifully through the large beech forest that stretches all the way to Sæbygaard Castle and golf course.
