The holiday home is right on the beautiful coastline north of Sæby. It accommodates 6 people in 3 good bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious with high-quality double beds, and the third room is furnished with 2 bunk beds, providing comfort for both children and adults.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and equipped with all the modern facilities needed to prepare delicious meals. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for use during your stay.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area, creating a large communal space with a view of the Kattegat, which is just 50 meters from the house. Wherever you look, you can enjoy a stunning view. This is an east-facing coast, so you can experience the most beautiful sunrises and enjoy lovely swims, with excellent opportunities for coastal fishing. The furniture and interior are simple and stylish, making it a very comfortable house to be in.

A beautiful wooden terrace surrounds the house. There are garden furniture on the "coast side," and on the backside of the house, there is ample space and an enclosed terrace with furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub with a view of the sea. In front of the house, towards the sea, there is a large natural plot with plenty of space to play and enjoy life.

Utilities: Electricity and water are read upon arrival and departure. Electricity usage also covers the use of underfloor heating and heat pump. Water usage covers the hot tub and outdoor shower.

AREA:

The holiday home is located 5 km north of Sæby and 7 km south of Frederikshavn.

The house is in a charming and secluded holiday home area with sea, beach, and forest nearby. The nearest beach is a fine sandy beach, perfect for beach fun, swimming, and fishing. From the property, there are good opportunities for walking and cycling to Sæby Harbor or to Sæby town center via pathways along the beach and promenade.

Sæby has a charming town center with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Algade is one of the town's most charming streets, with small yellow and red houses, peonies, a church, and many different artisans. It is the street that connects the town center and the harbor. The harbor was expanded in 2022 with an extra large and beautiful harbor basin. Here you will find good summer shops, restaurants, and several ice cream shops where you can take a break and pamper your sweet tooth. All summer days are buzzing with life, with many leisure sailors, motorhomes, anglers, and other day visitors. A unique harbor environment.

Sæby Square is the focal point of the town, and in this area, there are many good shopping opportunities and exciting specialty shops. A new music stage has just been built, and throughout the summer, there will be "music on the square," with the opportunity to sit and enjoy sodas, beer, or wine.

Algade is the town's most charming street with artisans and working workshops in the small alleys between both yellow and red houses. It is also where the beautiful church, which is a remnant of the monastic period, is located. It is worth a visit, as it has recently been restored with beautiful frescoes.

Sæby is centrally located in Vendsyssel, if you want to go on other excursions. Skagen, Aalborg, and the North Sea are within easy reach.
