Description

This beautiful apartment with 4 beds is in the old school, a building from 1929, in the peaceful village of Syvsten, surrounded by beautiful nature.

The apartment was renovated in 2015 and appears bright and modern. It features an incredibly nice and well-equipped kitchen, offering ample opportunity to cook meals that can be enjoyed at the neat and cozy dining table, with a view through the muntin windows to the beautiful "old" garden. Additionally, there is a leather sofa group, coffee table, and TV that can be used when the day winds down and you feel like retreating indoors. In the entrance hall, there is a staircase leading up to the bedrooms and a charming bathroom on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms with single beds, which can be pushed together in both rooms to form a double bed if desired!

The apartment comes with a large garden shared with another unit of the house. Here, there is a cozy terrace with good garden furniture for relaxing and possibly grilling your food, but there is also plenty of lawn space for playing.

In the garden, there are several small oases where you can sit and enjoy your vacation days.

The rental price includes heating, while electricity usage is metered and billed upon arrival and departure.

GOOD TO KNOW

There is an electric vehicle charging station at Trafikcenter Sæby Syd, less than 1 km away.

Tenants must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the entire rental period, so no rentals to youth groups.

Syvsten and the apartment are close to the E45, making it easy to reach both Aalborg, Sæby (6 km), and Frederikshavn.

For golf enthusiasts, Sæby Golf Club is nearby. The course is of high standard and well laid out in diverse natural surroundings on gently rolling terrain. Here, you will also find Sæbygaard Manor House adjacent to the beautiful beech forest of Sæbygaard. In Sæby, there are also several shopping opportunities, including both retail stores and supermarkets, as well as a fine selection of restaurants. The old town is a cozy area with Algade, Fiskerstien, and the harbor, all worth experiencing.

For those interested in more attractions, Northern Jutland offers a variety of options. The coastal museums have branches in several towns where you can experience how people lived on the coast in olden times. In Sæby, Sæby Miniby is an experience, and the palm beach in Frederikshavn with its palm trees in the summer months is a fun holiday experience. In the city, Krudttårnet and the Bangsbo area with its viewpoints are also recommended. If you drive further north to Skagen, Grenen, the Buried Church, and the Gray Lighthouse are must-sees.
