Welcome to this lovely holiday home on Vrængmosevej in Østervrå, the perfect place for a family reunion or larger groups of friends who want to spend time together in a home with plenty of space for cozy get-togethers.

The 14 beds are spread across 6 nice rooms. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed. In the basement, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, and in one of them, there is an extra crib.

There are a total of 3 bathrooms, one connected to 2 rooms on the ground floor, one connected to the pool area, and one connected to 2 rooms in the basement. The bathroom on the ground floor is very nice and newly renovated with both a washing machine and a dryer, the bathroom in the pool area is brand new, and the bathroom in the basement is older but nice.

The house includes a large common room that serves as both a dining room and a living room, and from here there is access to the pool and sauna as well as a billiard room at the opposite end.

The kitchen is smaller but very well-equipped, making it easy to cook for the large family/group. In the basement, there is also a cozy bar.
The house has a large outdoor green lawn and common area that borders the fields around the property. Here you will find rural idyll, and there is plenty of opportunity to be active, as well as a large terrace where everyone can eat together, enjoy themselves, and barbecue on a warm summer evening.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rental to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.
The hot tub in the house is not working and is therefore not available.

Possibility to watch German, Scandinavian, and TV2 channels.
Free parking - it is not possible to charge an electric car
Distance to the coast: 20,000 m.

THE AREA:
The house is in beautiful and rural surroundings with fields around. There is a large garden and a huge lawn where the family can be active, and it is not unlikely that you will see deer sneaking around the garden in the early morning. It is 3 km to Østervrå, where there are shopping opportunities.
The location is central in Vendsyssel, offering many excursion opportunities. Fårup Sommerland is within reach, and the towns of Lønstrup, Løkken, and Blokhus on the West Coast are great holiday towns with beautiful wide beaches, and Sæby on the East Coast is a gem with both a beach promenade, new harbor, forest, and river, charming town center with shopping, good restaurants, wine bar, and brewery. Definitely worth a visit.
