Welcome to the countryside! Near the village of Østre Vrå, this large country estate features a great 28 m² pool and a sauna and accommodates 22 people + dogs.

The property is perfect for large group trips where there is a desire to be together, while still having plenty of space for individual activities.

The house was built in 1978 and includes a large kitchen, a spacious living room, and a lounge with a pellet stove, dining area, and a sitting area with a TV.

There are nine bedrooms: 6 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with bunk beds, and 1 room with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and 2 bunk beds. The house has three bathrooms, spread across the first floor, ground floor, and basement.

In the basement, there is a game room with a pool table, dart board, foosball, and table tennis, so children, teenagers, and parents can really have fun.

The house is located right next to the protected nature area Nymølle Bæk, which is the beginning of Jyske Ås. Jyske Ås is a beautiful, hilly, forested moraine landscape between Østervrå and Dronninglund, offering plenty of activities such as cycling and hiking on the marked paths and roads. For fishing enthusiasts, Voer Å is just 1 km from the house, and there are several Put and Take lakes within 20 km.

GOOD TO KNOW:
EXPECT HIGH CONSUMPTION. The high energy consumption is due to the pool and the size of the house. For example, during the winter period, it is around DKK 1,000 per day, and in the summer period around DKK 600 per day.
It is not possible to bring your own pellets for the pellet stove in the living room, but pellets can be purchased for DKK 60 per sack in the house.
Our service team will read the meter just before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

The house is situated in beautiful, rural surroundings with fields all around. There is a large garden and a huge lawn where the family can enjoy themselves, and it’s not unlikely that you’ll spot deer wandering around the garden in the early morning. Østre Vrå is 3 km away and offers shopping opportunities.
The location is central in Vendsyssel, providing plenty of excursion options. Fårup Sommerland is within reach, and the towns of Lønstrup, Løkken, and Blokhus on the west coast are great holiday destinations with beautiful, wide beaches. Sæby, located on the east coast, is a gem with its beach promenade, new harbor, forest and stream, and charming market town center with shopping, good restaurants, a wine bar, and a brewery—definitely worth a visit.
