Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 194 m² and is build in 1991. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 70 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3500 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 5,8 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
