Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 103 m² and is build in 1951. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 40 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² garden site. Situated 950 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 250 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to a balcony. You find a tool shed. Please park the car (possibly after unloading on Skovvej) in the wide grass area on Lars Bødkers Vej. The balcony and front garden are at your disposal during the holiday.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.
