Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 170 m² and is build in 1988. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 13000 m. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. A terrace belongs to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. CEE socket. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in separate corridors. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
