The house has 5 bedrooms (room 1: 1 x 140 bed and 1 single bed, room 2: 1 double bed, room 3: 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, room 4: 2 single beds and room 5: 2 single beds), kitchen in open connection with the living room and 2 bathrooms. The house has a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electric heating. There is a lovely secluded garden on a slightly hilly plot.
There are 2 brand new terraces. The entire lower floor is newly renovated in 2019. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra. The outdoor spa is filled and heated to 28 degrees on arrival.
There is a charging point for electric cars.

Teglgårdsparken has a shared pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.
