The holiday home was renovated in 2021 with new kitchen and flooring. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.
The house has a large bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher in open connection to the living room with wood-burning stove and a good distribution corridor with 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Large double bed and space for a baby bed or air mattress. Room 2: 3-person bunk bed. Room 3: 2 single beds.
Covered terrace with Weber grill.

Teglgårdsparken has a shared pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.

Approx. 20 min. drive to Silkeborg city centre, where there are good shopping opportunities. 10 min. drive to a lovely bathing lake.
