The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Kettle grill and gas grill at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator with a capacity of 207 litres. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
