This is a very special holiday home in a great location, in the middle of the dunes with a view of the sea mark.

Two houses have been combined here, which now resemble a three-sided farmhouse, as was common here in the past. The North Sea beach is just a stone's throw away. You will always find a sheltered spot on the beautiful, partly covered terraces facing east, south and west.

Layout: Entrance hallway with washing machine and tumble dryer. Beautiful living room, open to the roof ridge, with a large panoramic window to the west and a view of the sea mark. In the passageway between the two wings there is a small TV lounge with cosy armchairs and a wonderful view over the wide dune landscape. Further living room with integrated kitchen and beautiful dining area. From here you go up to the Hems, a large half-height loft with 2 beds and a work area.

A total of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds on the ground floor and one in the attic with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, both tiled with underfloor heating and shower. The house has two energy efficient heat pumps.

This house has an outside plug for charging an electric car.
