Washing machine and dryer. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + 2B. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 small double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Balcony on the 1st floor. Terrace.
