Awesome cottage for 8 people. The summer house has a plan of 152 m2 and was built in 2009. The summer house is situated high on a large dune plot (7,688 m2) with a nice panoramic view of the dune landscape and a view of the sea from the living room, the kitchen and from two of the bedrooms.
The house is approx. 150 meters from the beach and a short distance to shopping, bars and restaurants, yet located in quiet surroundings.
The house has a nice open kitchen from 2020, which is fully equipped and with all hard white goods from Miele. Large, bright living room in connection with the kitchen with dining area, 2 sofas and 4 armchairs.
Two bathrooms each with shower and toilet. One with access to sauna and hot tub. The second bathroom is conveniently located at the entrance to the house. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and table with sink.
Four bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB.

The house has a 360 degree view from wooden or stone terraces, with a table or bench set and 6 sunbeds. The view and the sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening, and it is always possible to find shade or a sheltered nook where the sun can be enjoyed.
The stone house has underfloor heating everywhere except in the bedrooms. The house is easy to heat with a new efficient heat pump.
There is a 100 MB WIFI fiber network, Smart TV with international channels and streaming of Danish TV, as well as Internet radio with CD player.
Under the house there is access to a large garage, where bicycles can be easily stored. There is also a 220V plug for charging an electric bicycle or electric car. There is easy access to the house via a wooden staircase or a small stone path.
It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed!
