The summer house offers a wonderful atmosphere in a modern style, completely open plan and with large panoramic windows towards the back of the house, from which the area's rich wildlife can be viewed. The external facilities offer pure nature that can be enjoyed from the large surrounding terrace. Evenings such as spring/autumn can be enjoyed from the large covered terrace. Spacious living room with tilting ceiling, the room appears bright and lovely with an open plan layout with living room and kitchen-dining room in one, large glass sections from which the entire natural grounds can be viewed and the rich wildlife in the area. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, induction hob, a fridge/freezer with 70 L freezing capacity and 1 wine fridge. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining area, lovely living room with television with Google Chromecast and built-in stove, TV package from Stofa and wireless internet access. Nice large terrace environment around the house with covered terrace of 20 sqm. The day can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the large terraces. There are 6 spacious bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB + DB + SB and good wardrobe space. 3 bathrooms with wc, sink with base cabinet and shower cubicle.

The outside facilities also offer an outdoor Jacuzzi. It is 800 meters to the nearest restaurant and 1000 meters to the beach. The house is close to a large forest and nature area where the crown game can be experienced up close.
