Nostalgic summer house renovated in an absolutely special class, with one of the most desirable locations on a dune plot on Vejers Nordstrand. The house is located just a few rows of dunes from the North Sea shower and a few hundred meters to the center of Vejers Strand, with the possibility of shopping, restaurant and cafe visits.
The house has been completely renovated in a completely unique style, which offers both a modern and nostalgic impression, for both senses and creativity. Here you take a bit of the Danish west coast charm home with you. The house is equipped for an 8-way fan.
A wide staircase leads up to the house's closed terrace, from here there is an entrance to the entrance hall. The entrance hall offers a warm rustic tiled floor, with wardrobe and stairs to the 1st floor. From the hallway there is an entrance to a fantastic kitchen-dining room with a hipped ceiling with exposed beams. The lovely country kitchen has an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, microwave, convection oven at working height and induction hob with built-in capacity. From the kitchen there is access to the west-facing closed terrace. Furthermore, the kitchen and dining area are separated by a bar, from which there is a panoramic view of the dunes. The dining area has panoramic windows from floor to ceiling, with a nice rustic dining table. The cozy living room is also delimited by a half wall to the kitchen. From the cozy and inviting corner sofa, the crackling of the fireplace can be enjoyed, just as the large Samsung TV with Stofa basic package programs invites you to a cozy evening. From the entrance there is also access to a spacious rustic bathroom with shower corner, laundry arrangement with double sink, storage cupboards and toilet. Guest toilet with toilet and sink. 2 exclusive bedrooms each with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) and wardrobes. Under the stairs, the washing machine and dryer are located completely undisturbed. A dark stained half-turn staircase leads up to the 1st floor, where you come up to an inviting landing with a cozy nook consisting of 2 wide armchairs that invite you to relax with a book or just enjoy the fantastic panoramic view. In the curved, cozy window sill, there is a built-in bench, from which there is a fantastic panoramic view of the dune landscape and, with a little luck, also a view of the sea. The 1st floor also has 2 exclusive bedrooms each with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), chest of drawers and clothes rail. Small rustic bathroom under sloping wall, with shower, sink with narrow base cabinets and toilet.
The external conditions offer a large enclosed wooden terrace halfway around the house, so that the sun can be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. From the terrace you have a full view of the surrounding dune landscape. There is an integrated wilderness bath with a circulation fireplace.
Smoking as pets is not allowed. Parking is available at the house.
