Extra freezer in shed, 3 bedrooms: DS + DS + DS. 2 bathrooms with shower/wc. Sauna and washing machine. Entrance extra small living room with heat pump. 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Sand box. Pets are not allowed - with the exception of one small dog! Year of construction 1977, extension from 1987. The house is continuously maintained.
