Heat pump. Bathroom with shower/wc. Washing machine and dryer in the annex. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Wi-Fi. 2 terraces, of which 1 is partially covered. Swing and sandbox. Storage room for bicycles etc. Pets are not allowed - with the exception of one small dog. Cats are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed. Access to Fitness in Vejers & Blåvand in 2024. Year of construction 1985.
