Charming wooden cottage in the first row of sand dunes with lots of nostalgia located on Sydvej.

The house is perfect for 4 guests who want to live very close to the Northen Sea, which offers the possibility of windsurfing, good bathing facilities and nice walks in the nearby Vejers natural surroundings.

The house contains: 4 bedrooms: 2B + 4B. The entrance from the house's west-facing covered balcony. Here there is space for jackets and shoes and the room also functions as a passage leading to the house's living room and kitchen-dining room. To the left of the entrance you will find the living room with a large window to the west, from which the sunset over the sand dunes can be expirenced. At the other end of the living room there is a sofa corner with Smart TV and access to the east-facing terrace. There is an open fireplace in the living room - this is not for use, only for cozy lighting. To the right of the entrance you enter directly into the house's dining room, where there is a firepplace, a nice bright dining area with a view of the garden and access to the covered terrace to the east where you can have your breakfast in the morning sun. From the dining room there is access to the kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and sink. From the kitchen there is access to the house's bedroom with a double bed - there is also a wardrobe. Furthermore, from the dining room there is a small corridor from which there is access to the house's bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. As well as a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (length 180 cm).

Smoking is not allowed. 1 small dog is allowed (max. height 30 cm). There is Internet in the cottage and chrome cast. The house was built in 1950 with an extension from 1965, the house is continuously maintained with respect for the original house. Heat pump in the living room.

The house has a lovely wooden terrace on the east side of the cottage, with a partially covered terrace where you can sit protected from the sun. There is a gas grill. The beach quickly extends over the sand dune landscape, where you reach Vejers South Beach. Here there are good opportunities for windsurfing, the children can safely swim in the summertime, where the lifeguards keep an eye on them. In the surroundding area, you will find Vejers southern plantation, which offers good hiking routes and the opportunity to observe the red deers at close range.
