Sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom, ecotoilet. Sauna and washing room with underfloor heating. Access to sauna, washing room and toilet through covered porch.

The cottage tap water is filtered lake water. Drinking water from a well 5 km or to be brought along. Log villa by a big lake. The lake is on the south side, so the beach is sunny.
The beach has children-friendly sandy cove. The villa's plot landscaping is yet partly unfinished.
