You'll find a cupboard and a separate WC with a washbasin. The spacious living room opens onto a 6 m² south-facing balcony, filling the space with natural light. The fitted kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and food processor. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, a new convertible sofa, and a dining table. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, bedside tables, a dressing room, and an electric skylight. The second bedroom offers two 90 x 200 cm beds, bedside tables, a closet, and a window with blackout curtains. The bathroom features a bathtub, sink, heated towel rail, and WC. The apartment also includes a 6 m² balcony, outdoor furniture, a covered parking space (space no. 14), and shared bicycle storage. Linen can be rented via the agency, and an optional cleaning package is available for EURO 70. Heating costs will be billed separately in the winter period. Pets are allowed with a possible additional fee.
