The fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, new induction hob, extractor hood, new oven, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker.The living/dining room offers a comfortable sofa, television, HI-FI system, and Wi-Fi. The main bedroom has a 140cm bed, a closet/wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The living room opens onto an 18m² terrace.Two deckchairs are available for your use. The apartment is located in a very quiet alley and includes two private parking spaces. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is also close to tennis courts and the Arcachon thalassotherapy center. It's a 20-minute walk from Moulleau. Linen is not provided but can be rented, and pets are not accepted. This is a non-smoking accommodation. For additional services such as linen rental, a supplement applies. A non-optional end-of-stay cleaning fee is charged by the host. The tourist tax is payable to the host, and the "bank imprint for the deposit" transaction is done a few days before your arrival with the host (excluding Saturday) by telephone.
