Arpaillargues is an idyllic, fortified village that retains traces of the Middle Ages with its stone houses, narrow streets and arched passages. The nearby picturesque towns of Uzès, Pont du Gard, Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie and Lussan are well worth a visit. In Anduze, famous for its typical pottery, the extensive, beautifully landscaped bamboo park "La Bambouseraie" awaits you, where the little stroll train through the Cévennes also departs. The kids will certainly be thrilled by a visit to the Haribo candy factory, the "Green Park" amusement park and the "La Bouscarasse" water park. A trip to the white Mediterranean beaches in Le Grau-du-Roi is also worthwhile.
