Description

This house enjoys a quiet location outside of the little town of Auberville. There are no buildings directly opposite, but it is not totally isolated. The small, typically Normandy farmhouse exudes charm with its timber framing, some natural stone, wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed (160cm wide). There is a fireplace next to the dining table, providing a cosy atmosphere. The separate kitchen has a fridge, freezer compartment, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and even a dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm wide) and a desk. In total four adults can be accommodated. Firewood and wireless Internet access are included in the rental price. There is also Internet reception in the garden. Apart from the fireplace in the living room, each room has electric radiators. The whole site is for your own exclusive use. The terrace has a grill, deckchairs, a table with four chairs and a parasol. The garden measures 1000m² and is planted with trees, so you can always find a shady spot. There are grill charcoal and a hammock stored in a little old barn. You can park on site. You can do your shopping 2km away in Villers sur Mer or in Houlgate. Both towns also have a beach.
