Renovated in 2023, the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept residence (accessible via a few steps, lift available), only 200 m from the first, small sandy bay. The cosy living area, 2 bedrooms, the chic eat-in kitchen and the ultra-modern bathroom offer excellent comfort. Depending on the position of the sun and your mood, you will prefer one of the two pleasant balcony terraces. Inland for a quiet browse in the afternoon sun, towards the seaside for an aperitif or at any time of the day for the great view of the changing spectacle of nature and the passing sailing and fishing boats in the rhythm of the tides. You have a private parking space in the residence and access to a bicycle storage room. From the residence, you can reach the harbour mile with its many nice cafés, creperies and restaurants via a small gate in 50m. The huge white sandy beach of Audierne/ Esquibien, which stretches all the way to the departure point for the island of Sein and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Finistère, is a few minutes' walk away. Wonderful hiking trails lead along the coast to the Pointe du Raz, the westernmost tip of France and the most impressive natural landscape of Finistère.
